Girly is a beautiful little mare. Her sire is a 2x World Champion English Pleasure son of Waseekas In Command. We purchased Girly sight unseen as a 4yr old. Due to her extreme trust issues, we didnt end up doing much with her. I lunged and long-lined her for a year. Then with my time having to be divided and prioritized she just got set to the side and never got pulled back into the focus.
I would really like to see her go to a loving home where someone would have enough time to work with her and maybe work her through her trust issues. She is a Fantastic mover! She has a great solid build with excellent conformation. She stands about 14.2. Once you have her caught she leads wonderfully and loads right into the trailer like a pro. At times she will be friendly and affectionate and let you touch and pet her all over without flinching but her usual is to tense up when you touch her. When I first got her, I boarded her and kept her in a stall. The owners and other boarders speculated that she was beaten by a man due to her unreasonable response when a man would walk up to her stall. I wouldnt think it possible that her original owner beat her, but what do I know?
Girly could really be an awesome harness horse if someone could work with her enough. She would be fantastic for Roadster to Bike!
