Mikey has always been a very sweet guy.
The only reason he hasn't already been trained and shown to great success is because of my lack of time. We moved, then had no arena or work space, then I was pregnant, then pregnant again. So his training was put on hold. Now he is in active training with Sarah Lindaman of Vonderlind Morgans in Hopedale Illinois. She is loving him and says he will be a spectacular Hunter or Dressage horse. We will have under saddle pictures soon, the snow up there is a factor in that.
Mikeys sire, Hi-Bridge Regal Night(Gavin), was a multiple In Hand champion starting with Grand Champion at his very first show, The Minnesota All Morgan, as a 2yr old. He continued his winning ways winning at North Star as a 3yr old(his only show that year) and then won In Hand champion or top placings at every show all year long as a 4yr old, including 2nd place at Jubilee and 5th place at Grand Nationals! Gavin was also winning or placing at the top in the English pleasure classes all year long as well ending the season with a top ten in the Open English pleasure at Grand Nationals! After I sold Gavin he was shown in Classic and western pleasure and dominated every class he was shown in. He was just an unstoppable show champion where ever he went! Mikey is bigger and better, with a longer neck and better personality than his sire, so just imagine how fantastic he will do in the show ring!!
