Bella is one of the MOST beautiful horses I have ever seen, definitely the most beautiful I have ever owned! Her sire should need no introduction. Her dam has never had a show career, she is a big powerful trotting flaxen chestnut daughter of UVM Lincoln. Bella has got size, looks, a powerful engine, beautiful movement, good conformation, and a sweet disposition. She has produced 3 super amazing foals. Her 2006 colt sired by RDS Hot Toddy, is 15.2 at 2yrs old!
Bella started her training as a 2yr old and was trained to drive as a 3yr old. We started her under saddle then too. She decided to hook up with the stallion(going through some fences) and get bred so her training was put on hold. After seeing the resulting foal I was so impressed that we decided to breed her back again for a full sibling. The next years foal was even better than the first! We bred her one last time to our then senior stallion Radiance Command. This was her first filly, RDS In Demand. I am still wanting to keep this filly if I sell Bella.
When bella was 2 and 3 we used her for grooming demonstrations and horse handling/horse knowledge classes for new horse people because she was such a sweet & easy to handle mare with wonderful ground manners. She will be added back into the training line up here this fall/winter until sold. I aim to use her for our lesson and day camp programs if she doesnt sell before I have her ready. (My oldest daughter Noelle, desperately wants me to agree to make Bella her horse.)
